My Story

 Over the past 8 years, I’ve worked directly within the furniture industry, leading initiatives across sales analytics, demand planning, and business intelligence. My experience sits at the intersection of data and operations—where reporting, forecasting, and inventory decisions all connect. I’ve built and scaled Power BI reporting environments, developed forecasting processes from the ground up, and supported cross-functional teams in making better, faster decisions. Because I’ve worked inside the business—not just as an external advisor—I understand the real-world challenges companies face and build solutions that are practical, scalable, and actually used.

 

  • Led the development of end-to-end Power BI reporting ecosystems, transforming raw ERP data into executive-level dashboards used for daily decision-making 
  • Built and maintained sales analytics frameworks that provided visibility into revenue, product performance, channel trends, and margin drivers 
  • Designed and implemented demand planning and forecasting models, improving inventory positioning and reducing reliance on gut-feel decision making 
  • Worked extensively within  ERP environments, connecting operational data (sales, inventory, purchasing) into centralized reporting systems 
  • Partnered cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership teams to align on data, improve reporting accuracy, and drive accountability 
  • Identified and solved data integrity and reporting gaps, streamlining processes that previously required manual work and inconsistent inputs 
  • Delivered tools and processes that were adopted by real users, not just built—ensuring long-term usability and impact beyond initial implementation
